Greg Griffin -- CEO
Greg Griffin began his business career with Dean Witter before joining EF Hutton in the pension management area, managing accounts in the real estate funding sector. Greg went on to co-found a private real estate financing firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. The firm grew to manage over $150 million in a privately funded real estate portfolio and banked $500,000,000 annually in “A” paper. Greg holds a degree in economics and finance from the University of California at Berkeley.
Jon Boeve -- Chief Operating Officer
Jon Boeve served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps before starting his own energy investment company in Northern Michigan. Jon then went on to join Chemonics International, where he spent 9 years leading the start-up of numerous internal units, as well as managing projects across a portfolio which included offices in over 60 countries. Jon holds a BA in history from Wheaton College and an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.
Terry Dunken -- General Counsel
Terry Dunken has represented clients for more than 25 years. His many years of legal practice bring a strong understanding of the law and how to maximize the value his clients receive in their cases. Terry works tirelessly in the case work-up phase of litigation to ensure that his clients’ best interests are served. Litigation is always stressful and Terry’s calm demeanor brings peace of mind to his clients through this difficult and adversarial process.
Jimi Estes -- Senior Manager of Analytics
Jimi Estes brings analytics experience with a focus in the mass torts space to ACAP. Born and raised in Argentina, Jimi graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from Wheaton College.
Nichole Aikman -- Manager of Best Practices and Analytics
Nichole Aikman has a background in analytics with a strong focus on system enhancements. Born and raised in Southern California, Nichole graduated with a bachelor’s degree in geographic information systems from California State University Northridge.
Minerva Perez -- Manager of Case Inventory
Minerva Perez has close to a decade of experience in quality assurance and control. Her background includes managing day to day operations for a contract processing company in the mass tort space. Born and raised in Southern California, Minerva attended Los Angeles Valley College. As a certified field agent, she has worked on workers’ compensation and domestic cases.
